Korea Wine Challeng
At the end of February, invitations were sent to wineries from all over the country to encourage participation in the KWC. Applications for entries will be accepted for three months from March. In June, the Korea Wine Challenge, which marks its 19th year, will be held. The KWC dreams of serving as a reliable platform between producers and Korean consumers.

In the 2022 Korea Wine Challenge, which has written a new history with a total of 911 wines on display, Italy ranked third in total medals and second in GOLD medals, showing off its potential again. We will look at major Italian regions and wines loved both at home and abroad, expanding our base not only to Tuscany and Piemonte, but also to Kakuria, Abruzzo and Sardinia.

KWC 2023, New changes, and expectations
KWC is a competition for Korean wine consumers. The weight of the prize is determined in the order of the blind tasting score of the fair evaluation preliminary round and the final round, and announced as it is. After the results are announced, a road show will also be planned so that wine consumers can taste the wine together. Last year, 364 wines were announced in July, 200 of which gathered for the October road show. There is still trust that Korean sommeliers understand Korean consumers' wine preferences best. At KWC2023, the judges' thorough and fair results will also be disclosed.
